I don’t get asked to tell my story often.

My story isn’t one of radical transformation, but one that deeply heeds the still and small voices God placed throughout my life. I came to the faith at a young age. If I’m honest with many of you, I can’t tell you when or where I was when I truly professed Jesus. I just know from my memory, my family, and my church family that I’ve demonstrated fruits of repentance most of my life. You can say I grew up in the faith, but there were tangible moments I can recall where I could’ve chosen my own path.

____________

However, God used others to call me back even when faced with every crossroads. In fact, that’s what God is doing in your life right now. You too are at a crossroads and He’s calling you too. I tell you this not because I’m better than anyone reading, but my life is a living testimony that God doesn’t give up on us. Even in the midst of my many (too many to number) mistakes, the still and small voice of God through others kept drawing me back to Him.

If you can’t hear His voice, it’s not because He isn’t talking.
