This Privacy Policy discusses how we collect, use, share, and process your personal information you choose to share.

In 2024 , Claremore First Baptist Church began exploring how we could help people take advantage of emerging technologies in order to experience others testimonies in ways that would lead to life change. That led us to create the SplashJesus website, one of the few assets CF uses in evangelism.

Since its creation every story and feature that our members provide are crafted with great care and intentionality. Our stories are real life testimonies that are digitally created to help you cultivate a deeper relationship with God every day, and to do that in a safe space and bring alongside people you can trust.

You choose what you want to access. You choose what if you want to share. You choose with whom you can share your story or information. Your story is yours. Claremore First Baptist Church does not use your information, nor will we share it with others without your consent.

Additionally, every testimony is completely truthfully and shared to help others experience the love and grace of Jesus Christ. Our site is free to individual users and free to be shared with corresponding christian partners. We do this because we never want shame to get in the way of people experiencing the power of God’s Word.

As a digital ministry of Claremore First, SplashJesus is supported by Claremore First general budget and through contributions from our supportive Community who want to participate in our mission to help people share their stories of Jesus by the use of technology to help others draw near to God every day through Scripture and experiences of life transformations.

Acceptance of  Terms

By using Splash Jesus site, whether as a guest or a registered CF member user, you accept and agree to bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before you start to use SplashJesus as well as the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or the SplashJesus Privacy Policy you must not access or use SplashJesus.

Changes to the Terms

SplashJesus is offered by Claremore First Baptist Church ("CF", "we" or "us'). We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Any changes are effective when we post them. Your continued use of SplashJesus following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

Where SplashJesus has provided you with the English language version of the Terms of Use, you agree that it is provided for your convenience only and that the English language version of the Terms of Use will govern your relationship with SplashJesus. If there is any contradiction between what this version of the Terms of Use says and what a CF members says, then this version shall take precedence.

Communications from you to us.

We collect information about you when you send or engage with messaging us, including when you submit personal information or requests by emailing info@splashjesuscom or through the website links. We retain and use those communications to process your inquiries, respond to your requests, and improve SplashJesus and our stories. If you are a CF Member, we will keep your communications to us in association with your membership for as long as your membership is active.
